5~10kg 이상 대용량으로 반들어두셨다며 발효시킨 후 더이상 발효되지 않게

매실이든 오미자든 과실주든 처음 만들때부터 이병에 만들어둔다면 덜어먹을 일도 없겠네요..
매실,앵파 등의 양념용 청들은 한두병 정도 용량으로 만들어 발효시키고 그냥 냉장보관하면 되니 편리해요.
