홍대에서 공수해온 케익 12조각 중 마지막 케익을 오늘 헤치웠네요..

아쉽아쉽~~지만 맛있는 건 아끼지 말고 얼렁 먹어야죠..ㅎ

케익 한조각을 올리니 딱인 미듐 사이즈 플레이트입니다.

단정하면서도 호텔라인답게 세련?獰楮?.

사진상에 인디고블루 컬러가 잘 나오지않는게 아쉽네요.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

차돌박이 숙주볶음 해먹고 남은 숙주에 미나리까지 첨가해서 돼지고기 목살 숙주볶음으로

월요일 시작해봅니다.

양념은 간장 맛술 청주 설탕 생강간것, 참기름, 통깨

푸짐하게 들어간 야채덕분에 양이 꽤 ?獰楮?

XLarge 27cm젤 큰 플레이트에 담아주었더니 딱이네요.

아삭아삭 씹히는 식감이 생강으로 냄새를 잡아주었기때문에 아주 깔끔한 맛!!

마늘이 안들어가고 생강만으로 양념을 하면 냄새는 잡고 맛은 아주 깔끔!

일식 선술집에서 먹은 안주 느낌이랄까요..ㅎㅎ
