- 1-1) 제품하자시 교환, 반품은 무료로 진행해드리며, 고객님의 단순변심에 의한 교환, 반품, 환불은 왕복 택배비 7000원을 부담하셔야 합니다.
- 주의!! 이불이나 부피가 큰 상품의 경우 택배사 부피측정에 따른 배송비 추가 부담정책으로 반품(왕복)배송비가 추가부과될 수 있는 점 양해 부탁드립니다.
- 1-2) 반품 후 5만원 미만인 경우 최초 발생한 배송비(무료배송비에 한함.)포함 왕복배송비가 부과됩니다.
- 2.) 네이버페이로 구매하신 경우 네이버페이 페이지 반품접수하시면 자동수거가 이루어집니다.
- 3.) 제품에 하자가 있거나 또는 주문한 상품과 틀릴 경우 동일한 상품으로의 교환을 원칙으로 하고 있으며 배송비용은 컨츄리앤하우스에서 부담합니다.
