통3중 스테인레스 바디에 안쪽면만 도트큐브 코팅으로 음식물이 쉽게 달라붙지않아요.

또한 열전도율이 높고 재료가 타지않게 잘 구워집니다.

 

후라이팬이 얇거나 코팅이 좋지않으면 제 아무리 실력이 좋아도 타기마련이죠.

통 3중으로 스테이크나 돈까스 등 두께가 있는 재료도 타지 않게 잘 구워집니다.

 

SGS및미국 FDA인증받은 다이킨 코팅소재를 사용했으며,

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

처음 만나 신기했던 블랙큐브 코팅... 써보니 더더욱 신기하고 만족스러웠습니다.

 

 

 

첫번째 인상은 정말 잘 만들었다!!

스텐에 블랙큐브 코팅이 되었있어서 "눌러붙지않으면서도 열전도율이 정말 좋다" 였어요.

일반코팅은 사용하다보면 코팅이 닳아 얇아지는게 눈으로 보이는데

이 제품은 스텐큐브가 촘촘히 코팅을 보호하고 있어서 그런지 계속 새제품같다는....

어떤 요리를 해도 스텐큐브때문인지 눌러붙지않으면서 잘 익습니다.

튀김냄비가 아닌데도 적은 기름으로도 돈까스 튀김처럼 바삭하게 잘 되서 기분 좋았어요.  

 

두번째 인상은 관리가 세상 편하다.

이것저것 키친툴을 신경안써도 된다는 편리함이었습니다.

스텐레스뒤집개 써도 긁힘이 없기때문에 후라이팬을 모시지 않고 부려먹을 수 있다는 점!!

간장 양념이 타서 눌러붙어도 후라이팬에 달라붙지 않고 쉽게 떨어져나가는 것을 보고 완전 반해버렸네요.

 

세번째인상은 써도써도 코팅이 그대로 새것같다 입니다.

스텐레스소재에 블랙큐브 코팅이라 세척이 정말 편리하고 부담없어요.

보통의 후라이팬은 코팅이 벗겨질까봐 애지중지 해야하는 반면에

블랙큐브가 정말 신기한게 간장양념 등을 했을 때 눌러붙고 탔나 싶지만 수세미로 빡빡 닦아주면 깨끗해져요.

박박 닦았는데 설거지하고 보면 새것 그대로라 신기신기!

일반코팅하고는 정말 틀리네요.

 

주변의 스텐부분은 직화로 사용하다 보니 양념이 들러붙어 누렇게 변하는 경향이 있지만

쿠퍼수세미나 컬러 수세미로 싹싹 닦아주면 쉽게 깨끗해진답니다.

사용해 본 후기 중 가장 인상적인건 수세미 사용이 까다롭지 않아서 아주 편리했어요.

 

뭐 이정도면 후라이팬 장사 다 망하겠다 싶어요..ㅎㅎㅎ
