제가 어깨가 너무 아파서 병원 갔더니 목디스크...충격!!!
지금은 치료 받고 많이 좋아졌는데 목을 받쳐주는 게 좋다해서 사용하고 있어요.
경추베개라고 해서 비싼 돈 주고 산 베개도 있지만 아무 효과 없더라구요..ㅋㅋ
